Right-click to dowload the GPX file.

Open the GPX file with the software that came with your gps receiver (e.g. for Garmin's it's Mapsource)
 

–sometimes there's a problem downloading individual gpx files “Service Temporarily Unavailable“, just try it again in an hour! (goDaddy.com problem they can't/won't fix it)
